• What is "Paintless Dent Removal?

      

        Paintless Dent Removal, or "pdr" for short, is the process of reshaping your vehicles' original metal by hand in an effort to return it to its previous condition.

• Why choose PDR as a repair rather than the body shop?

       Great Question! This is one we hear a lot and always welcome. Because most dents we remove can be dome in your home in less than 90 minutes we are able to save you a tremendous amount of time. The average body shop repair will take 4-10 business days which means you could be without your vehicle for a while. This can lead to costly rental car bills which only add to the overall cost of repair. Also, the body shop will generally only deal with your insurance claim which can lead to an increase in your insurance premiums.

       Also any time you are repainting a vehicle there are opportunities for problems. Mismatched color, overspray, poor bodywork and broken parts are just some of the incidents that can happen when your vehicle is in the shop.

       Lastly the cost savings. Our average repair is approximately 40% of what a traditional body repair would cost. This means you save time as well as your hard earned money.

• But my paint is scratched; what do I do?

​

       We often encounter dents that have some degree to paint "scratching". This takes on many forms such as paint transfer, scuffing, cracked paint and even scratches where the sheet metal is exposed.

       Because we provide "Paintless" dent removal we do not perform any repainting. If the scratch is simply paint transfer or scuffing we will wet sand and buff your "scratch" at no additional charge. If there is a crack in the paint or an actual scratch we will gladly apply touch up paint at no additional charge. This process is NOT designed to make the scratch "invisible"; rather touch up is designed to make the scratch less visible and to prevent rusting.

• Do I have to bring my vehicle to you?

  

       While we would love to sit around and wait on cars to drive in our customers have demonstrated that what works best for thier busy schedules is In-Home Service. We are able to come to either your home or your office and complete your repairs in most cases while you go about your daily routine.

• What is your availability for repairs?

​

         We are available 7 days a week by appointment. Monday thru Friday we take appointments as early as 8am and our last appointment is 6pm. Saturday we are available from 8am until 4pm and Sunday 8am to 2pm. If you are unable to make those times please text or email to inquire about "late night" appointments.

• Do you guarantee your work?

​

        All of our repairs come with a "lifetime" warranty. If at any point you have a concern we will return to your home or office at no charge. If we are unable to repair your vehicle to the condition we explained prior to starting repairs we will not charge you.
